Job Responsibilities:

Perform regular preventive and breakdown maintenance of machinery and equipment. Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems efficiently. Maintain daily maintenance logs and reports. Monitor machine performance and recommend improvements to reduce downtime. Ensure all maintenance activities are conducted safely and comply with safety standards. Coordinate with production and utility teams to plan maintenance schedules. Handle spares inventory and ensure timely availability of critical parts. Support installation and commissioning of new machinery or plant expansions. Lead junior technicians and ensure team performance.
