Job Description

Strong Knowledge in VMC & CNC Machineries, Power tools & hand tools. Install, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain machine tools, equipment and controls. Troubleshoot Machine repairs,pneumatic, and mechanical systems. To analyse machine tool manuals, technical documents, electrical schematic diagrams, communicate internal and vendor resources to research machine issues. To perform daily maintenance, weekly maintenance and monthly maintenance of all machines. Educate and train operators and setters accordingly. Be able to clearly document all work in the maintenance management system. Maintain machinery breakdown history books and other necessary documents for all the machineries. Good communication with AMC Department, Suppliers and Vendors.

Qualifications & Skills:

ITI / Diploma/ BE in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering. Minimum

1+ years of relevant experience

in Mechanical & Electrical maintenance.
