Responsibilities:

Electrical Electronics Engineers Responsibilities & Duties

Design, develop, and test electrical devices and equipment, including communications systems, power generators, motors, and navigation systems Ensure that installations and operations conform to standards and customer requirements by preparing electrical systems specifications, technical drawings, or topographical maps Perform detailed calculations to establish standards and specifications Inspect completed installations to ensure conformity to design and equipment specifications and compliance with operational and safety standards Plan and implement research methodology and procedures to apply principles of electrical theory to engineering projects Investigate customer or public complaints, determine the nature and extent of the problem, and recommend remedial measures Monitor performance of and analyze costs for electrical systems projects, ensuring budget adherence and timeline efficiency Develop and manage schedules and priorities to ensure that deadlines are met and projects are completed within budget Coordinate with other professionals including engineers, technicians, and contractors to ensure successful project execution Draft and review project proposals and reports, summarizing findings and recommendations Stay up-to-date with the latest technological advancements and industry trends to ensure state-of-the-art design solutions Mentor and supervise junior engineers and support staff
Electrical Electronics Engineers Qualifications & Skills

Master's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field Experience with programming and simulation tools such as MATLAB, SPICE, or LabVIEW Professional Engineer (PE) licensure Strong project management skills and experience Experience with embedded systems and microcontrollers Knowledge of renewable energy systems and sustainable design practices Proficiency in automated design software like AutoCAD or SolidWorks Familiarity with regulatory standards and compliance requirements Excellent problem-solving skills and analytical thinking Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or a related field Solid understanding of electrical theory, principles, and practices Experience in the design and development of electrical systems and components Proficiency in using standard office software and specialized engineering software Strong communication skills, both verbal and written Ability to work independently and as part of a team Good organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to analyze and solve complex technical problems Understanding of project management principles and practices
