Minimum Qualification
DIPLOMA MECHANICAL ENGINEERING (DME)
Key Responsibilities:
Perform preventive and breakdown maintenance of plant machinery and utilities. Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues promptly. Maintain maintenance schedules and records using CMMS. Ensure compliance with safety and statutory regulations. Coordinate with production teams to minimize downtime. Manage spare parts inventory and procurement. Support installation and commissioning of new equipment. Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions.
Qualifications & Skills:
Diploma/Bachelor's in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering. 3-5 years of experience in plant maintenance. Knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and utility systems. Familiarity with TPM, Lean Manufacturing principles. * Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
