Job Title: Mechanical Engineer

Job Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Mechanical Engineer with expertise in Vertical and Horizontal CNC (VNC/CNC) and Horizontal Machining Centers (HMC). The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing mechanical components and systems, with a focus on precision machining and automation in a manufacturing environment. Key Responsibilities:

Design, analyze, and develop mechanical systems and components used in CNC and HMC machines. Work closely with the CNC programming team to ensure the design specifications align with machining capabilities. Troubleshoot mechanical issues related to VNC, CNC, and HMC systems and provide solutions. Collaborate with production teams to optimize machining processes and enhance operational efficiency. Develop and maintain technical documentation, including design schematics, maintenance guides, and standard operating procedures. Ensure compliance with industry standards and safety regulations. Support the development and integration of automation processes in the production system. Provide technical support and training to operators and other staff as required.
Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree Diploma in Mechanical Engineering Proven experience (1-5 years) working with VNC, CNC, and HMC systems in a manufacturing environment. Strong understanding of machining processes, tooling, and material properties. Familiarity with CAM software and CNC programming languages (G-code, M-code). Knowledge of automation, robotics, and advanced manufacturing techniques is a plus. Strong communication and teamwork abilities. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Desirable Skills:

Experience with process optimization and lean manufacturing. Knowledge of machining centers and precision measurement techniques. Familiarity with quality control systems and standards.

Pay: Up to ₹300,000.00 per year
