Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Equipment Maintenance:

Develop and implement maintenance schedules and procedures for production equipment.

Perform routine maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems.

2. Reliability and Efficiency:

Identify opportunities to improve equipment reliability and efficiency.

Implement predictive and preventive maintenance strategies to reduce downtime.

3. Troubleshooting and Repair:

Quickly diagnose and repair equipment issues, minimizing production downtime.

Collaborate with production teams to resolve equipment-related issues.

4. Project Management:

Support capital projects, including equipment upgrades and installations.

Develop and implement project plans, ensuring timely completion and budget control.

Requirements:

Education:

Degree in Mechanical/Automation Engineering with basic electrical knowledge

Experience:

5-7 years in automotive manufacturing, with hands-on experience in equipment maintenance and troubleshooting.

- Skills:

Strong understanding of mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems

Experience with PLC, HMI, and automation systems

Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?25,000.00 - ?35,000.00 per month
