We are looking for an experienced Maintenance Engineer to handle the day-to-day maintenance operations of a hotel property. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth functioning of all electrical systems and prompt resolution of maintenance issues to maintain guest comfort and safety.
Key Responsibilities:
Carry out preventive and breakdown maintenance of electrical systems and hotel equipment.
Monitor and maintain power supply systems, lighting, panels, generators, and UPS.
Attend to guest room and common area electrical complaints promptly.
Coordinate with vendors and contractors for repairs and AMC works.
Ensure compliance with safety standards and statutory requirements.
Maintain maintenance logs, reports, and records.
Eligibility Criteria:
Diploma or ITI in Electrical Engineering.
Minimum 5 years of maintenance experience in a hotel or hospitality industry.
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Salary Range:
?30,000 - ?45,000 per month
