Responsible for preventive and breakdown maintenance of plastic processing machines to ensure smooth production operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle preventive & breakdown maintenance of injection moulding / extrusion machines
Maintain utilities: compressors, chillers, cooling towers, dryers
Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic issues
Reduce machine downtime and improve equipment efficiency
Maintain maintenance schedules, logs, and records
Coordinate with production and tool room teams
Ensure safety standards and SOP compliance
Manage spare parts inventory and vendors
