Job Description

Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on CNC machines (Turning, Milling, VMC, HMC, etc.) Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and control issues using diagnostic tools and schematics. Maintain and troubleshoot CNC controls (Fanuc, Siemens, Mitsubishi, Heidenhain, etc.). Inspect, calibrate, and replace faulty components to restore equipment performance. Maintain documentation for machine histories, maintenance schedules, and breakdown reports. Support production by reducing machine downtime and enhancing machine reliability. Coordinate with vendors and OEMs for critical repairs and spare parts management. Ensure compliance with safety standards and maintenance protocols. Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to increase equipment efficiency and reliability. Diploma/Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical/Electrical/Mechatronics Engineering. 3+ years of hands-on experience in CNC machine maintenance. Strong knowledge of CNC machine operations and control systems (Fanuc, Siemens, etc.). Ability to read electrical and mechanical schematics and diagrams. Familiarity with TPM, 5S, and preventive maintenance methodologies. Basic knowledge of hydraulics, pneumatics, and PLCs. Good communication and problem-solving skills.
