Profile- Maintenance Engineer

Location: Pune

Experience: 5+years CTC: Up to 7 Lpa

Working Days: 6 Days a Week

Working Timings - 9am-6 pm



Operation and maintenance of Utility equipment such as Compressor. Planning and Monitoring of utility equipment. Follow daily checklist & update daily records of Equipment's & its spare specifications, Breakdown record & Its why- why analysis, Mechanical Drawings. Planning & execution of preventive maintenance. Maintain utility machines to minimize down time & keep maintenance records Raise indents for Engineering items for Stores and to update the stock level. Guide and train the subordinates in day-to-day activities. Maintenance of screw press,Heat Treatment, Compressor, Processing, Press Shop, Gas engine generator, Shot Blasting Machine. PM of Mechanical Equipment, Calibration, Root cause analysis, Material Management, MTTR, MTBF Maintenance.

Qualification

:

Diploma Mechanical

Automated machine exp would be added advantage

Maintenance person required skill

Knowledge of screw press like 100T to 1000TSystem knowledge Sapare knowledge Predictive mnt plan Knowledge of basis automation Knowledge of IBH Documentation maintain as per IATF.
