Maintenance Engineer :

Duties and responsibilities:

Conduct preventive and corrective maintenance activities to ensure the efficient and reliable operation of equipment and machinery. Troubleshoot and diagnose problems and develop and execute maintenance plans to minimize downtime and disruptions. Analyse data to identify trends, diagnose problems and develop solutions to improve equipment reliability and performance. Collaborate with production teams, management and suppliers to develop and execute maintenance plans that meet organizational goals and priorities Ensure that those conducting maintenance activities are in compliance with safety standards and regulations, and identify and mitigate potential safety hazards Develop and maintain technical documentation, schematics and procedures to support maintenance activities Participate in ongoing training and development programmes to enhance skills and knowledge

Other responsibilities of the Maintenance Engineer:

Ordering and tracking spare parts and equipment: These employees ensure that respective departments place orders for and track the delivery schedules of spare parts and equipment. They maintain inventory levels so that necessary components are available when needed. Managing maintenance budgets: Maintenance engineers manage maintenance budgets and ensure that all maintenance activities stay within budgetary constraints.

Requirements and qualifications

B.E / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent 3-7 years of relevant work experience in mechanical, electrical or industrial maintenance. Strong Knowledge of Engineering principles and knowledge of equipment's and machinery. Ability to analyze information, diagnose problems and develop solutions. Commitment to maintaining a safe working environment and knowledge of safety procedures and regulations

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
