Job Description

Industrial Maintenance:

Conduct routine and preventive maintenance of manufacturing equipment including assembly lines, molding machines, and testing stations. Troubleshoot and repair electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems. Maintain production uptime by promptly responding to equipment failures and minimizing downtime. Monitor and maintain spare parts inventory for critical equipment. Develop and implement maintenance schedules, logs, and documentation in compliance with industry standards and safety regulations. Coordinate with production teams to plan equipment maintenance without disrupting operations.

Renovation & Facility Maintenance:

Plan, execute, and supervise facility renovation, remodeling, and infrastructure upgrade projects. Manage contractors and vendors for building repairs, civil works, electrical layouts, HVAC systems, plumbing, and other infrastructure improvements. Ensure all renovation works are carried out in accordance with safety standards, local building codes, and company policies. Support energy-efficiency and facility modernization initiatives. Review facility layouts and suggest improvements for better workflow and space utilization.

Compliance & Safety:

Ensure adherence to safety, health, and environmental regulations. Maintain accurate records of all maintenance activities and facility modifications. Participate in internal audits and support continuous improvement initiatives

Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Mechanical / Electrical / Industrial Engineering or a related field. 3-5 years of relevant experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably in electrical components or switches. Proven experience in both equipment maintenance and civil/facility renovation projects. Strong knowledge of PLCs, automation systems, utility systems (compressors, HVAC, etc.), and production machinery. Familiarity with CAD drawings, plant layout design, and project management tools. Excellent troubleshooting, analytical, and organizational skills. Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively. Local Candidates Preferred ( Borivali-Virar).
