About the Role

We are hiring a

Mechanical Maintenance Engineer

to support the operation, upkeep, and preventive maintenance of our plant machinery. The role requires hands-on troubleshooting skills and a strong understanding of mechanical equipment used in manufacturing. Candidates who can

join within 15 days

will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities

Perform daily mechanical maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of plant machinery. Assist in preventive and predictive maintenance activities. Monitor machine performance and identify recurring issues. Support breakdown maintenance and ensure minimal downtime. Maintain maintenance logs, records, and checklists. Coordinate with production, electrical, and utility teams as required. Ensure adherence to safety standards and maintenance protocols. Support installation, testing, and commissioning of new equipment.

Required Skills & Competencies

Strong understanding of mechanical equipment, hydraulics, pneumatics, bearings, pumps, gearboxes, conveyors, etc. Ability to read mechanical drawings and basic technical documentation. Hands-on troubleshooting and repair ability. Good coordination skills and willingness to work on shop-floor activities. Exposure to plant maintenance in manufacturing/engineering environments (preferred). Diploma / B.Tech / B.E in Mechanical Engineering. 2-5 years of experience in mechanical maintenance (manufacturing/engineering industry preferred). Must be willing to work in rotating shifts (if applicable). Must be able to

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
