Responsible for planning, managing, and executing preventive and breakdown maintenance to ensure smooth and continuous manufacturing operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan and execute preventive & breakdown maintenance
Ensure maximum machine uptime and efficiency
Lead maintenance team (mechanical, electrical, utility)
Maintain maintenance records, SOPs, and safety standards
Coordinate with production for minimal downtime
Manage spare parts and maintenance budgets
Skills Required:
Strong knowledge of mechanical & electrical systems
TPM / preventive maintenance knowledge
Team handling & problem-solving skills
Safety and compliance understanding
Qualification:
Diploma / BE in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering
5-10 years experience in manufacturing maintenance
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
