Job Description

Preventive Maintenance:

Developing and implementing planned maintenance schedules, performing routine inspections, and conducting preventative maintenance tasks to minimize equipment downtime and ensure optimal performance.

Corrective Maintenance:

Responding to equipment breakdowns, diagnosing problems, and performing repairs or coordinating with external vendors for more complex issues.

Equipment Optimization:

Identifying areas for improvement in equipment performance, recommending and implementing solutions to enhance efficiency and productivity.

Compliance:

Ensuring all maintenance activities are carried out in compliance with cGMP (current Good Manufacturing Practices) and other relevant regulations, maintaining proper documentation and records.

Spare Parts Management:

Managing inventory of spare parts, coordinating procurement, and ensuring timely availability of required components.

Documentation:

Creating and maintaining accurate records of maintenance activities, including equipment history, repair logs, and inspection reports.

Safety Compliance:

Ensuring all maintenance activities are carried out safely, adhering to safety protocols, and promoting a safe working environment.

Collaboration:

Working closely with production, quality assurance, and other departments to ensure smooth operations and address any maintenance-related issues.

Training and Support:

Providing technical guidance and training to other maintenance personnel and operators on proper equipment operation and maintenance procedures.

Project Management:

Participating in or leading projects related to equipment upgrades, modifications, or installations.

Cost Management:

Monitoring maintenance costs, identifying areas for cost reduction, and optimizing resource utilization.
