Proficiency in

AutoCAD

(Mechanical/Piping)

Preventive & Breakdown Maintenance:

Overseeing the continuous operation of chemical processing equipment (reactors, pumps, boilers, and pipelines).

AutoCAD Design:

Using AutoCAD to update plant layouts, create P&IDs (Piping and Instrumentation Diagrams), and design replacement parts or structural modifications.

Downtime Minimization:

Troubleshooting equipment failures quickly to ensure production targets are met.

Safety Compliance:

Ensuring all maintenance activities adhere to GIDC safety standards and environmental regulations for chemical handling.
