Key Skills & Knowledge

Proficient in handling Energy meter readings, DG, UPS, Air Compressor, Nitrogen generation & usage Electrical load balancing and maintaining power factor above 0.90 Spares management, budgeting, and diesel planning Good communication and coordination abilities

Core Responsibilities Utility & Infrastructure Maintenance

Operate, maintain, and repair utility systems, material handling equipment, blowers, and exhaust systems Daily monitoring of energy systems and power distribution Ensure utility connections (power, air, water, light) for new equipment installations Adhere to electrical safety and statutory compliance Prepare reports, analyze data, and suggest efficiency improvements

Machine Maintenance

Maintain PDC, compression moulding, winding machines, ovens, gluing machines, etc. Perform preventive, breakdown, and general maintenance Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions Maintain records and coordinate with external service teams

Projects & Spare Management

Plan and execute new electrical and infrastructure projects Identify, procure, and inspect critical spares Manage spare parts inventory and budgeting
