Job Purpose: Implement maintenance activities in order to meet operational targets (OEE, change over optimization, preventive maintenance...) in line with internal guidelines.
Summary:

• Keep machine good running and solve/ fix the machine problem to daily support production.
• To attend CNC machines all types of breakdowns, inhouse repairs of FANUC System cards, Control
• General problem analysis with electrical / mechanical knowledge and report the machine problem to engineer/ team leader.
• Related tasks implemented on time and with high efficiency and effectiveness.
• Maintain preventive maintenance system and supervision on implementation.
• Define preventive maintenance plan/tasks for team and report the TPM result.
• Create TPM maintenance working instruction for each equipment.
• Approve the tools/ fixtures \xef\x83\x98 Provide support and guidance to technician during maintenance.
• Typical equipment fault analysis and solution, problem shooting with hydraulic, Program Logic Controller (PLC), Numeric Control (NC) know-how.
• Cooperate with maintenance technicians in diagnosing root causes of breakdowns and stoppages.
• Analyze breakdowns to eliminate reoccurrence.

Qualification: Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree with major in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering. Experience: Having 5-7 yrs. experience in Electrical maintenance, individually can handle the activity.
