Maintenance Executive

Salary:

?20,000 - ?25,000 per month

Experience:

Minimum 3 years in maintenance, preferably in plastic injection molding.

Job Summary:

Ensure optimal functioning of all machinery in our plastic injection molding plant. This includes preventive and breakdown maintenance, troubleshooting, and improving plant efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform

preventive and breakdown maintenance

on injection molding machines and auxiliary equipment (chillers, grinders, dryers).

Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic faults

efficiently. Manage

spare parts inventory

. Ensure

safety compliance

and accurate

documentation

of all maintenance activities.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

ITI / Diploma/Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Mechatronics Engineering. Minimum 3 years' hands-on experience in

plastic injection moulding machine maintenance

. Strong understanding of

hydraulic, pneumatic, electrical, and mechanical systems

. Ability to read schematics and troubleshoot. Good problem-solving and communication skills.
