Maintenance Engineer

Department:

Engineering / Maintenance

Key Responsibilities:

Prevention and breakdown maintenance of forging and machining machines Maintenance of CNC machines, Hammers, Presses, Furnaces & Utilities Electrical, Mechanical & Hydraulic system troubleshooting Planning and execution of preventive maintenance schedules Handling AMC, spare parts planning, and vendor coordination Ensuring machine uptime, safety compliance & 5S practices Documentation of maintenance records for audit purpose

Qualification:

Diploma / BE / B.Tech in Mechanical / Electrical / Maintenance Engineering

Experience:

Minimum 3

to 5 years

experience in the

forging & machining industry

Skills Required:

Strong knowledge of mechanical & electrical maintenance Basic PLC knowledge (preferred) Problem-solving and root cause analysis Team handling and coordination skills

Salary:

?20,000 to ?45,000 per month

(Negotiable as per experience)

Work Timing:

General Shift / As per plant requirement
