Maintenance Engineer - Chemical Industry

Job Summary

Maintain plant machinery and utilities to ensure smooth, safe, and continuous production.

Key Responsibilities

Preventive & breakdown maintenance of plant and utility equipment. Handle reactors, mixers, dryers, centrifuges, pumps, compressors, tray dryers, pulverizers, valves. Monitor boilers, chillers, air compressors, ice plant, SFD, DG sets. Troubleshoot mechanical/electrical issues and reduce downtime. Maintain records and supervise technicians. Support installation, commissioning & improvement work. Ensure safety and statutory compliance.

Qualifications

Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech (Mechanical/Electrical/Industrial). 5-10 years' experience in chemical/dyes/pigments/food-colour plants. Strong knowledge of equipment, utilities & safety practices.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
