Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic issues.
Respond promptly to breakdown calls to minimize production interruption.
Maintain logbooks of breakdowns and repair activities.
Preventive & Predictive Maintenance
Conduct periodic inspections, calibration, and servicing of machines.
Reduce downtime through timely maintenance
Monitor machine performance and identify areas for improvement.
Monitor and maintain safety devices, emergency systems, and grounding checks.
Support in audits and compliance documentation
Documentation & Reporting
Maintain machine history records, AMC files, service reports, calibration records, and maintenance MIS.
Submit daily breakdown report and preventive maintenance report to management
Installation & Project Work
Assist in installation, testing, and commissioning of new machines.
Coordinate with OEMs for technical support and upgrades.
Participate in facility expansion and automation projects.
Skills & Competencies
Strong knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems.
Expertise in laser machines, polishing machines, and other diamond manufacturing equipment.
Ability to read technical drawings and machine manuals.
Problem-solving and root cause analysis skills.
Good communication and teamwork abilities.
