Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Operation and maintenance of HT & LT panels, transformers, circuit breakers, and switchgear (33KV / 11KV / 440V systems). Ensure proper functioning of transformers, VCBs, ACBs, MCCBs, relays, and protection systems. Conduct preventive, predictive, and breakdown maintenance of electrical equipment to ensure minimal downtime. Troubleshooting and fault rectification of power distribution systems, substations, and industrial electrical equipment. Supervision of installation, testing, and commissioning of HT/LT panels, cables, earthing, and protective devices. Maintain and update maintenance records, SOPs, and electrical logbooks. Ensure compliance with electrical safety standards, statutory regulations, and ISO requirements. Coordinate with utility providers for HT power supply, shutdowns, and statutory inspections. Guide and monitor technicians and contractors for safe and efficient execution of maintenance tasks. Implement energy-saving measures and monitor power consumption to reduce operational costs.

Skills & Competencies:

Strong knowledge of HT/LT power distribution systems (33KV / 11KV / 440V). Hands-on experience with transformers, circuit breakers, switchgear, and protection systems. Knowledge of electrical safety codes, statutory norms, and testing procedures. Ability to troubleshoot electrical faults independently. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. Good communication and team-handling abilities.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
