Maintenance Engineer
Job Description
Plant Equipment maintenance like, Cranes, Air Casters, VPD Oven, Vacuum Machines, Oil Filter Machines, Assembly, winding and insulation shop equipment.
Preparing annual preventive maintenance plan, communicating plan with production on monthly basis and execute the plan with target of 100% preventive maintenance.
Analysis of critical breakdown and preparing history of machines.
Fulfill requirements of ISO 9001 2015 on daily, monthly and yearly basis.
Maintains manufacturing assets and facility, parts inventory, monitoring purchase orders, invoice approvals, and manages the department budget.
Developing and maintaining associate safety standards.
Must be able to work a flexible schedule
