We are looking for a skilled and experienced

Maintenance Engineer

to join our team. The ideal candidate should have strong technical knowledge and hands-on experience in both mechanical and electrical systems.

Key Responsibilities:

Possess strong technical knowledge in both mechanical and electrical systems. Ability to read and understand mechanical and electrical drawings. In-depth understanding of industrial machinery and equipment. Analyze and troubleshoot repetitive equipment failures. Estimate maintenance costs and evaluate cost-effective alternatives. Forecast and manage spare parts inventory. Evaluate the need for equipment replacement and establish replacement programs. Determine tools and skillsets required for effective maintenance. Identify and address training needs for maintenance staff. Assess and report safety hazards related to equipment maintenance. Develop and implement preventive maintenance checklists and schedules. Conduct root cause analysis of machine breakdowns and implement corrective actions. Maintain detailed machine history and preventive maintenance records. Ensure rapid response to breakdowns to minimize downtime. Manage maintenance manuals and technical documentation for all machinery. Coordinate with external agencies and OEMs for service, maintenance, and spare parts.
