Job Description

1. Reviewing and interpreting blueprints and technical drawings 2. Assisting in the installation of new production equipment 3. Performing equipment servicing and maintenance tasks 4. Examining to check if all the production machinery is in working order 5. Identifying and troubleshooting any mechanical and electrical faults and issues 6. Using hand and machine tools when handling any machinery or mechanical parts 7. Undertaking regular maintenance checks 8. Processing broken or damaged machine parts for repairs and upgrades 9. Preparing, maintaining, and presenting detailed maintenance reports 10. Adhering to the instructions mentioned in the work orders 11. Installing new machinery as and when required 12. Checking system functionality by running diagnostic tests 13. Adhering to the safety regulations and industry guidelines at all times 14. Maintaining Utilities( fire system, pump room, air compressor, cooling tower, plant 15. Inquiry for critical electrical & mechanical spares in India and other countries 16. Check mechanical parts makers making capacity and facilities. Coordination with vendors for machine parts or spares mfg. 17. Guide for fire fighting equipment usage and training 18. Take care of transformer, fire extinguishers and measuring equipment testing and calibration Job Type: Full-time Salary: 937,000.00 - 940,000.00 per month Benefits:
