Key Responsibilities
? Preventive & Predictive Maintenance: Develop, implement, and monitor preventive and
predictive maintenance schedules for all manufacturing equipment, utilities, and
infrastructure.
? Troubleshooting & Repairs: Diagnose and rectify mechanical, electrical, and automationrelated issues to ensure minimal downtime and uninterrupted production.
? Equipment Calibration & Optimization: Ensure all production equipment is calibrated and
optimized for maximum efficiency and longevity.
? Documentation & Compliance: Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities, spare
parts inventory, and compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
? Spare Parts Management: Monitor and manage inventory of critical spare parts, ensuring
availability while optimizing costs.
? Safety & Compliance: Ensure all maintenance activities adhere to workplace safety protocols
and environmental regulations.
? Continuous Improvement: Identify and implement innovative solutions to enhance
equipment performance and reduce maintenance costs.
? Vendor Coordination: Liaise with equipment manufacturers and service providers for
maintenance contracts, spare parts procurement, and technical support.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
?B.Tech/B.E in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering or a related
field.
? Valid 'C' License for Electrical Work is Mandatory.
? Hands-on experience with maintenance of manufacturing equipment such as mixers, coating
machines, drying ovens, formation & testing equipment, and BMS systems.
? Familiarity with safety standards such as ISO 45001, ISO 14001 guidelines

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?700,000.00 - ?800,000.00 per year
