We are looking for a skilled Maintenance Engineer with hands-on experience in CNC machine maintenance. The role involves preventive and breakdown maintenance, troubleshooting, equipment installation, and ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform routine, preventive, and breakdown maintenance.
Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical faults.
Install, service, and calibrate machines and equipment.
Conduct root cause analysis and implement preventive actions.
Prepare SOPs and maintain ISO 9001:2015 documentation.
Coordinate with machine suppliers for remote problem resolution.
Support production and other departments as required.
Required Skills:
Strong mechanical & electrical knowledge
Advanced troubleshooting and safety awareness
Good communication and training skills
Qualifications & Experience:
Diploma / Degree in Mechanical Engineering
0-2+ years of relevant experience preferred
Mandatory Requirements:
Local candidate from Ankleshwar or nearby areas
