Job Summary:

Responsible for daily electrical maintenance of

ACR furnace,

No-Bake Moulding Line,

Key Responsibilities:

Power panel checks Transformer connections Temperature control circuits Thyristor/IGBT module monitoring Cooling system electrical controls PLC relay checks (if applicable) Motor controls, limit switches, and sensors Mixer electrical panel maintenance Sand plant electrical wiring VFD (Variable Frequency Drive) operation & fault rectification

Qualification & Experience:

Qualification:

ITI /Dip in Electrical

Experience:

2-5 years (Foundry preferred)

Skills Required:

Strong understanding of industrial electrical systems Knowledge of furnace electrical circuits VFD & motor control troubleshooting Basic PLC fault-finding Ability to interpret wiring diagrams
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?10,000.00 - ?18,000.00 per month
