Skill set

Vocational certification like ITI
Strong knowledge of electrical systems, circuits, wiring, control panels, and components.

Ability to install, repair, and maintain electrical equipment and fixtures.

Skilled in troubleshooting electrical faults, short circuits, and power failures.
Experience with electrical testing tools (multimeters, insulation testers, clamp meters, etc.).
Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings, blueprints, and technical manuals.
Familiarity with motor controls, PLCs, generators, UPS systems, and circuit breakers (depending on facility type).
Understanding of preventive and predictive maintenance practices.
Safety & Compliance
Ability to perform simple mechanical repairs and support related maintenance activities.
Ability to maintain logs, maintenance reports, and equipment service records.
Physically capable
Communication skills to explain the electrical related issues.

The Maintenance Technician is responsible for performing a wide range of routine maintenance, repair, and improvement tasks across residential or commercial properties. The role ensures facilities remain safe, functional, and well-maintained through timely response to work orders and proactive upkeep.

Managing all the electrical works in campus

Ensuring the Electrical Downtime is minimized once reported
