Maintenance Electrician
Job Description
Key Responsibilities
Maintain and repair electrical wiring, lighting, switches, sockets, and panels
Attend to electrical complaints in guest rooms and common areas promptly
Perform preventive maintenance on electrical equipment and systems
Inspect generators, UPS, and backup power systems
Ensure electrical safety standards and compliance with regulations
Coordinate with other departments during breakdowns and emergencies
Maintain records of repairs and maintenance work
Identify faults and take corrective action to prevent recurrence
