Key Responsibilities:

Perform routine electrical maintenance and repairs in the school premises, including classrooms, labs, admin offices, and hostel areas (if any). Ensure all wiring, lighting, switchboards, fans, ACs, and other electrical equipment are functioning safely and efficiently. Carry out regular inspection of all electrical installations to prevent hazards and breakdowns. Respond promptly to any electrical complaints or emergencies. Ensure timely repair or replacement of damaged cables, switches, sockets, lights, etc. Assist in installation of new electrical fittings and appliances during school events and functions. Maintain an inventory of electrical tools, spares, and consumables and update the admin team when replenishment is needed. Work in coordination with the maintenance, admin, and IT team for smooth operations. Maintain cleanliness and safety of electrical work areas. Be available on-call for any emergency breakdown or after-school hours events.

Requirements:

ITI/Diploma or certification in Electrical work. Minimum 2-3 years of experience in handling institutional or building electrical maintenance. Sound knowledge of electrical safety standards and practices. Ability to troubleshoot independently and work under pressure. Responsible, punctual, and well-mannered.
