Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled and dependable

Mechanical Electrician

with 3 to 5 years of hands-on experience in industrial maintenance and electrical systems. The ideal candidate should be a resident of

Khopoli

or nearby areas and must be aged

35 or below

. This position plays a key role in ensuring uninterrupted plant operations through preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of mechanical and electrical equipment.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform routine preventive and corrective maintenance of motors, pumps, conveyors, compressors, and other plant equipment. Inspect and troubleshoot electrical control systems, panels, wiring, and industrial automation components. Assist in installation and commissioning of new machinery and equipment. Maintain documentation for maintenance activities, service logs, and spare part usage. Ensure compliance with safety protocols and electrical codes during all maintenance and repair work. Collaborate with the engineering and production teams to minimize downtime. Respond promptly to equipment breakdowns and emergencies.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

ITI/Diploma in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering or equivalent technical qualification. 3-5 years of industrial experience, preferably in the chemical or manufacturing sector. Strong knowledge of electrical circuits, control panels, motor starters, and mechanical components. Familiarity with troubleshooting tools, diagnostic equipment, and safety standards. Ability to read technical drawings and electrical schematics. Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive work attitude. Physically fit and willing to work in rotating shifts, if required.
