Conduct Inspections

Maintain Records
: Keep accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, and inventory of parts and supplies.
Respond to Emergencies
: Address emergency maintenance requests promptly to minimize downtime and ensure safety.
Perform Minor Repairs
: Handle basic carpentry, painting, and other minor repairs to maintain the facility's appearance and functionality.
