Job Summary

We are looking for experienced

Electrical & Mechanical Maintenance Engineers

with hands-on exposure to the

plastic recycling / plastic granule manufacturing industry

. The role involves ensuring smooth operation, preventive maintenance, and breakdown management of plant machinery to achieve high uptime and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

Perform

preventive, predictive, and breakdown maintenance

of electrical and mechanical systems. Maintain and troubleshoot

extruders, shredders, grinders, washing lines, dryers, conveyors, pelletizers, compressors, chillers, and utilities

. Handle

electrical panels, motors, VFDs, PLC basics, sensors, and instrumentation

. Coordinate with production teams to minimize downtime and improve equipment efficiency. Maintain maintenance logs, spares inventory, and SOPs. Ensure compliance with

safety standards and statutory requirements

. Support installation, commissioning, and modification of machinery.

Candidate Profile

Diploma / BE / BTech

in Electrical, Mechanical, or Mechatronics Engineering.

5 to 10 years of experience

in

plastic recycling / plastic granules manufacturing plants

(mandatory). Strong knowledge of

extrusion lines and recycling machinery maintenance

. Ability to handle shift operations and emergency breakdowns. Good troubleshooting and root-cause analysis skills.

Preferred Skills

Experience in HDPE, PP, ABS, HIPS recycling plants Knowledge of energy optimization and preventive maintenance planning Basic PLC / automation understanding

Pay: ₹9,787.46 - ₹39,404.70 per month
