Key Responsibilities
Conduct routine inspections of buildings, structures, and campus facilities.
Plan and execute maintenance, repair, and renovation works.
Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and team members for civil-related tasks.
Prepare cost estimates, budgets, and material requirements.
Ensure compliance with safety standards and statutory regulations.
Maintain documentation of all maintenance activities.
Monitor water systems, sewage lines, drainage, pathways, and construction quality.
Attend emergency breakdowns and resolve issues promptly.
Qualifications & Skills
B.E/B.Tech in Civil Engineering (Diploma holders with experience may be considered).
2-5 years of experience in building maintenance preferred.
Strong knowledge of construction materials, AUTOCAD, and civil measurements.
Good communication, supervision, and problem-solving skills.
2. Plumber
Job Summary
The Plumber is responsible for installation, repair, and maintenance of water supply, drainage, and sanitation systems across the facility.
Key Responsibilities
Install, repair, and maintain pipelines, taps, valves, water tanks, and sanitary fittings.
Attend complaints related to leakages, blockages, and water flow issues.
Perform routine inspection of all washrooms, restrooms, overhead tanks, sump pumps, and RO systems.
Assist in major renovation or repair works involving plumbing layouts.
Maintain logbook of work completed and materials used.
Ensure compliance with safety and hygiene standards.
Support emergency repairs and breakdowns.
Qualifications & Skills
ITI / Diploma in Plumbing or equivalent.
1-3 years of experience in institutional/industrial plumbing.
Knowledge of water supply systems, sewage networks, and pipeline materials.
Ability to work independently and handle emergency issues.
3. Electrician
Job Summary
The Electrician is responsible for electrical installation, routine maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs to ensure uninterrupted power supply and safety.
Key Responsibilities
Install and maintain wiring, switches, distribution boards, and electrical equipment.
Conduct routine inspection of LT panels, DG sets, UPS, solar systems, and earthing systems.
Troubleshoot electrical faults, short circuits, power failures, and load issues.
Maintain and repair lighting, fans, AC units, and other electrical appliances.
Monitor energy consumption and report abnormalities.
Ensure statutory electrical safety compliance.
Maintain proper documentation and service log.
Qualifications & Skills
ITI / Diploma in Electrical or Wireman License.
1-3 years of experience in electrical maintenance.
Good knowledge of electrical circuits, DB panels, and safety rules.
Able to handle emergency breakdowns and preventive maintenance.
