Coordinate with vendors for timely maintenance, repair, and service requirements.
Liaise with outlets/branches to resolve maintenance issues promptly.
Coordinate with management and vendors to ensure smooth workflow and timely resolutions.
Maintain records of service schedules, complaints, and resolutions.
Monitor and follow up on RO system operations and upkeep.
Manage and track Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMC) with vendors.
Ensure effective communication between the maintenance department, outlets, vendors, and management.
Prepare and share regular reports with management.
Requirements:
Graduate (any stream).
Strong communication and coordination skills.
Knowledge of RO systems and AMC management.
Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive in problem-solving.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel).
