Address and resolve maintenance issues reported by guests promptly and courteously.
General Repairs:
Perform various repairs such as fixing leaks, replacing light bulbs, repairing appliances, and touch-up painting.
Preventative Maintenance:
Conduct regular inspections and service of hotel systems and equipment, including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and kitchen equipment, to prevent breakdowns.
Building & Grounds Maintenance:
Ensure the exterior and interior of the hotel, including guest rooms, public areas, and grounds, are clean and well-maintained.
Safety & Compliance:
Implement and follow safety procedures and protocols to ensure a safe environment for guests and staff.
Equipment Maintenance:
Perform regular cleaning and lubrication of tools and equipment, and maintain the maintenance inventory.
Reporting & Communication:
Report significant maintenance issues, unsafe conditions, or potential improvements to the maintenance supervisor and communicate with other shifts.
Assisting Installation:
Assist with the installation of new equipment, fixtures, and products as needed.
