The Maintenance Manager will be responsible for overseeing the mechanical and electrical maintenance operations across all injection molding machines, auxiliary equipment, and plant utilities to ensure continuous and efficient production.
With 13-15 years of experience in the injection molding industry, the candidate will lead a team of skilled technicians and engineers to plan and execute preventive, predictive, and breakdown maintenance for equipment such as hydraulic and servo-driven molding machines, robotics, chillers, compressors, cooling towers, and power systems.
The role demands strong expertise in mechanical systems (including hydraulics, pneumatics, and gear mechanisms) as well as electrical systems (including PLCs, HMIs, motor controls, wiring, sensors, and safety interlocks).
The Maintenance Manager will be responsible for implementing maintenance best practices like TPM, 5S, and Lean techniques, managing spare parts inventory, ensuring timely documentation, and maintaining compliance with ISO, IATF, and EHS standards. Additionally, the role includes leading machine installation and commissioning projects, improving energy efficiency, reducing downtime, and driving continuous improvement initiatives.
Coordination with OEMs, vendors, and cross-functional departments is critical to the success of maintenance activities. The ideal candidate must demonstrate strong leadership, diagnostic, and analytical skills, along with hands-on experience in both mechanical and electrical troubleshooting within a high-speed injection molding environment.
