Job Title:

Maintenance Executive - Printing & Packaging

Machines:

Komori & Heidelberg

Job Summary:

The Maintenance Executive will be responsible for preventive and breakdown maintenance of

Komori and Heidelberg offset printing machines

and other packaging equipment to ensure smooth production with minimum downtime.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform

preventive and breakdown maintenance

of

Komori and Heidelberg offset printing machines

. Maintain and troubleshoot

Offset, Flexo, Die Cutting, Lamination, Corrugation, Folding & Gluing machines

. Diagnose and rectify

mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic

faults. Ensure

machine accuracy, print quality, and productivity

by timely maintenance. Plan and execute

PM schedules

and shutdown activities. Maintain daily

breakdown reports, PM checklists, and maintenance logs

. Coordinate with production for

machine availability and trial runs

. Handle

utilities maintenance

(Air compressors, DG set, electrical panels, fire systems). Ensure

safety compliance

and follow SOPs. Coordinate with OEM service engineers and external vendors. Maintain

spares inventory

and critical consumables.

Skills & Competencies:

Hands-on experience with

Komori & Heidelberg machines

. Strong knowledge of

offset printing and packaging line maintenance

. Good troubleshooting ability in

mechanical & electrical systems

. Ability to read

electrical drawings and machine manuals

.

Qualification:

Diploma / BE / B.Tech in

Mechanical / Electrical / Electronics Engineering

Experience:

Minimum

3-7 years

experience in

printing & packaging industry

Mandatory exposure to

Komori & Heidelberg machines

Reporting To:

Maintenance Manager / Plant Head
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?25,000.00 - ?50,000.00 per month
