Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and proactive

Maintenance Executive/Technician

to join our Engineering team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in

plumbing, electrical work

, and

general maintenance tasks

to ensure smooth daily operations of the property.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform routine maintenance and repairs on plumbing and electrical systems. Handle day-to-day upkeep of the property's infrastructure and equipment. Troubleshoot maintenance issues and resolve them in a timely manner. Assist in installation, inspection, and maintenance of various systems including lighting, HVAC, and water systems. Coordinate with vendors for specialized repair work when needed. Maintain records of daily maintenance work and report major issues to the department head.

Requirements:

Proven experience in general maintenance, plumbing, and electrical work. Basic knowledge of safety protocols and preventive maintenance. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Flexible to work in shifts and respond to emergency calls. ITI or Diploma in Electrical/Mechanical/Plumbing preferred.
