Ability to manage calls, follow-ups, and office coordination
Prior back-office or customer handling experience is an advantage
Fire safety industry experience is
not mandatory
(training will be provided)
Job Responsibilities:
Handle incoming and outgoing customer calls
Manage emails, documents, quotations, and reports
Perform data entry and maintain office records
Coordinate with clients and internal site teams
Provide day-to-day back office support
