Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and coordinate all maintenance operations across 20+ outlets.
Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules to minimize downtime.
Respond promptly to emergency maintenance requests.
Inspect outlets regularly to identify maintenance needs and ensure compliance with company standards.
Manage and guide maintenance staff, assigning daily tasks and monitoring performance.
Liaise with vendors, contractors, and suppliers for repair and service needs.
Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, costs, and inventory.
Ensure adherence to safety regulations and company policies.
Provide regular reports on maintenance status and improvements needed.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Maintenance Supervisor or similar role.
Ability to manage maintenance operations across multiple outlets (20+).
Strong knowledge of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and general repair work.
Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
Ability to lead a team and coordinate with multiple stakeholders.
Willingness to travel across outlets as required.
Diploma/Degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or related field preferred.
