Job Title: Maintenance Manager - Hot Forging Unit

About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced

Maintenance Manager

to lead and oversee all maintenance activities in our

hot forging unit

. The role focuses on maximizing equipment uptime, driving preventive and predictive maintenance, reducing unplanned breakdowns, and ensuring safety and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead

preventive, predictive, and breakdown maintenance

of forging presses, furnaces, compressors, and utility systems. Ensure

?95% machine uptime

and adherence to maintenance schedules. Perform

root cause analysis (RCA)

and implement

continuous improvement

initiatives. Manage maintenance budgets, control spare parts inventory, and plan plant shutdowns. Drive

TPM (Total Productive Maintenance)

,

5S

, and

safety practices

across the maintenance team. Ensure

zero Lost Time Incidents (LTI)

and compliance with all statutory and safety regulations.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):

Machine Uptime:

Breakdown Response Time:

< 2 hours

Preventive Maintenance Adherence:

Requirements:

Qualification:

Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering.

Experience:

8-12 years of maintenance experience in a

hot forging environment

. Strong technical knowledge of

hydraulic, pneumatic, and furnace systems

. Proven experience implementing

TPM, 5S, and lean manufacturing principles

. Excellent leadership, planning, and problem-solving skills.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
