Job Description

Creating a maintenance plan for the organisation's equipment Commissioning & Installation of new equipment, machines. Establishing maintenance policies and procedures Ensuring that Maintenance Technicians carry out planned maintenance Conducting frequent quality checks on equipment to ensure no maintenance is required Completing emergency maintenance when equipment breaks down Managing the budget for the maintenance of equipment Keeping a record of preventive and emergency maintenance carried out Ensuring the organisation complies with safety regulations while maintenance takes place Prepare List of Machines and Utilities Prepare Critical spare list & monitor min. stock qty. Daily Preventive Maintenance As per CLIT chart Prepare Yearly PM plan and adhere to the plan Prepare machine history card and plan PM activity to be carried out (AMC/Inhouse maintenance) Identify critical machines for Production Calculate MTTR, MTBF & BD hrs monthly basis After completing machine breakdown, Handover machine to production

Educational Qualification:

ITI,Diploma, Graduate or Post Graduate with technical background (BE/B.Tech/M.Tech)

Experience

- 3 to 4 years

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
