Job Responsibilities:
Maintenance planning and execution for the advance automation engine assembly facility by

• Preventive maintenance adherence along with continuos improvement in check sheet based on equipment maintenance experience

• Predictive maintenance execution and countermeasures on observed abnormality

• Quick response on breakdown maintenance and according implementation of countermeasures horizontal deployment on other equipment

• Proactive support to production by installing reliable quality assurance POKA Yoke by inhouse resources

• Basic knowhow of ISO standard (ISO9001, ISO14001).

• Knowledge of Calibration: Nutrunner,Cosmo leak tester, Electric Pulse tools

• Manage spare parts inventory

Functional/Technical:
Work experience require for the Hardware selection, installtion standard, programming and troubleshooting for

• Mitsubishi PLC series of Q,iQ-R

• Communication network (CCLink, CC Link-IE, Ethernet etc) architecture etc.

• Yamaha and IAI multi axis Robo cylinders working knowhow

• Mitsubishi Servo MRJ4, MRJ5

• Fanuc Robot working & diagnosis experience

• Smart sensors & Vision camera (Make: Keyence, Omron, Cognex)

• Omron RFID V680

• Nutrunner System of Dai Ichi, Atlas Copco, IR, Uryu

• Cosmo Leak test systems

• 3 phase induction motor and VFD control

• Servo press - DDK, Janome

• SMC Electrical Actuators diagnosis & repair.

• Working experience on Sedick make Motoring and firing test bench, Bearing selection machine.
