Hiring for Mainframe_Hyderabad
Analyze business and technical requirements to design and implement Mainframe-based solutions.
Develop, test, and maintain programs using COBOL, JCL, DB2, CICS, VSAM, etc.
Perform impact analysis and troubleshoot production issues to ensure system stability and accuracy.
Create and maintain technical documentation, including program specifications and flowcharts.
Collaborate with QA teams for testing support and defect resolution.
Participate in system upgrades, patching, and batch cycle support.
Optimize and tune Mainframe jobs for performance and resource efficiency.
Provide on-call support and production monitoring as needed.
Work with cross-functional teams, including business analysts, testers, and infrastructure teams
