Your Role

Experienced at troubleshooting performance issues in a z/OS environment

Extensive SMP/E knowledgeKnowledge on REXX, assembler, JCLStrong

Knowledge of WLM, RMF, CA Products, HCD

Working experience in a multi-CPU & Sysplex environment VTAM/TCPIP

Working knowledge of other sub systems like DB2, ADABAS, IMS, CICS

Knowledge of working in Multi-Processor/Multi-LPAR environment and SYSPLEX

Your Profile

4-12 years of experience in installation, upgradation, maintaining and customise the z/OS operating system covering z/OS, RACF, JES2, VTAM, TCP/IP, HCD, WLM.

Install, upgrade, maintain and customise other z/OS related IBM and OEM products

Apply planned maintenances, monitor product PTFs to make sure the products are up to date

Work with REXX Scripts, Assembler, JCL & Top Secret/ACF2/RACF PTF Implementations

Proactively monitor z/OS and related software and to take action to prevent potential issues and to maximise performance.
