Design develop and maintain applications using COBOL Assembler and PL I


Work extensively with IMS hierarchical databases and DB2 relational databases


Analyze troubleshoot and resolve issues in existing mainframe applications


Optimize performance and ensure reliability of mainframe systems


Collaborate with cross functional teams for system integration and enhancements


Prepare technical documentation and adhere to coding standards


Proficiency in COBOL Assembler and PL I programming languages


Hands on experience with IMS Information Management System and DB2 databases


Strong understanding of mainframe architecture and batch online processing


Experience in debugging and performance tuning of mainframe applications


Familiarity with JCL Job Control Language and utilities


Excellent problem solving and analytical skills


Hands on experience with Generative AI models LLMs diffusion models transformers


Practical knowledge of Agentic AI architectures and multi agent systems


Experience with prompt engineering fine tuning and model deployment


Develop Agentic AI systems capable of autonomous decision making and task execution.
