Job Summary :

We are looking for a

Senior Mainframe Developer

to lead and support multiple applications/projects. The ideal candidate should have strong analytical skills, technical expertise in Mainframe technologies, and the ability to collaborate with business and IT teams to deliver efficient IT solutions. The role involves system maintenance, job monitoring, incident resolution, and project execution while adhering to Agile methodology and a Product-Driven approach.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and support multiple applications/projects as a

Mainframe Developer

. Provide technical leadership and guidance to the team. Perform system maintenance, troubleshooting, and support. Work closely with business stakeholders to understand

functional and system requirements

and deliver IT solutions. Handle

job monitoring, job abends, incident resolution, and problem tickets

for assigned applications. Perform

estimations

for projects of all sizes, with a focus on larger projects. Support the development and execution of

project plans

across different categories. Work on

Agile methodology

and follow a

Product-Driven model

. Communicate effectively with business, IT teams, and stakeholders (both verbal and written). Provide

operational metrics

to management and suggest improvements for enhanced efficiency.

Skills Required:

Mainframe Technologies:

COBOL, JCL, DB2, IMS DC, IMS DB, VSAM, CLIST. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities. Experience in Agile methodology and product-driven development.

Pay: ?482,227.35 - ?2,550,058.38 per year
